West Berkshire District Council and Newbury Fringe Festival will take no responsibility for the supervision of competitors. Parents and guardians may accompany their children and be part of the small rolling audiences. Please sign to say you agree with the rules of the competition and for photographs of the event to be taken for the local press and for evaluation purposes. Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served. Confirmation of your entry and details of timings and venues will be sent to you by post.
