The Fringe Out on Tour
Last year we took The Fringe out on Tour to residential homes around Newbury. This was such a success that we are going Out on Tour again this year.

The Icknield Way Morris Men will start the day at the Library at 11am. They will give a performance of Morris Dancing for the new Mayor of Newbury before boarding the Handybus to tour the town and residential homes. Their final dance will be in Park Way at around 4pm.
Icknield Way Morris Men are a nationally known 'side' that perform at festivals, weddings, parties and shows all over the country, but mainly in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. They perform traditional dances from Oxfordshire villages and the whole repertoire of dances recovered from Stanton Harcourt of which they are the guardians. They also have many musicians and can provide all round entertainment for many occasions.
Sponsored by West Berkshire Brewery The Fringe Out on Tour is supported by Volunteer Centre West Berkshire who provide the transport. Under the watchful eye and organisation of Garry Poulson and driver Angus Macdonald.
Last year the Icknield Way Morris Men delighted every audience they danced for in Newbury and we expect nothing less this year! Join us at the Library to give them a great send off!
