The Newbury Fringe Festival is a not for profit organisation which has to cover its costs every year.
In 2006 the festival cost £9,000 to run and all the funding received went to staging the event, providing extra services (e.g. public conveniences in Victoria Park), health and safety, insurance and the cost of hired services and equipment. A very small amount of the funding was spent on marekting and advertising, much of it being donated by the Newbury Weekly News and WebCAL Internet Services.
We need your continued support to enable us to keep providing first class local artists, musicians, entertainers, crafts folk and tutors for you the family audience.
